The extra virgin olive oil 2nd harvest, the feta cheese PDO Limnos, the halloumi, the breadsticks with the 7 cereals, the Kalamata olives and the Kalamata olive paste come from Kalios, created by the Chantzios brothers who have given themselves the mission to make you discover the best of the Greek soil. Their products can be found today in the kitchens of the greatest chefs.
The honey comes from Api Civi, which harvests honey in Parisian beehives located on the roofs of the Paris Opera House, in the Champ de Mars and on the Champs Elysées.
The bread of the toasted ham and cheese sandwich on the menu comes from the Poilâne bakery. Since 1932, the French family business has kept its original intention: offerring quality bread by combining the art of living and eating well.
Our fine vegetable creams, pickled and candied vegetables come from Superproducteur, a brand of 100% natural recipes from field to plate. Their products, often organic and in season, are prepared in French and Italian soils.
Our craft beers comes from BapBap, an independent micro-brewery that was born from the desire to make carft beer accessible, comprehensible and fascinating for everyone.
Our breads served at breakfast and served with our à la carte offer come from our neighborhood bakery: le Fournil du Faubourg where we get the country bread, the cereal bread, the Parisian brioche and the traditional baguette.
