The second harvest extra virgin olive oil comes from Kalios, founded by the Chantzios brothers, devoted to unveiling the best of the Greek terroir. Today, their products grace the kitchens of renowned chefs, including ours.

Our honey is harvested by Api Civi, directly from beehives perched on the rooftops of the Opera of Paris, Champ de Mars, and the Champs-Élysées. A sweet delicacy stemming from urban beekeeping.

The bread accompanying our Croque Poilâne on the menu comes from the famed Poilâne bakery, a French family business since 1932. Their initial commitment to providing quality bread, coupled with a lifestyle and healthy eating, remains unchanged.

For our fine vegetable creams, marinated vegetables, and confits, we trust Superproducteur, a brand offering 100% natural recipes from the field to the plate. Their often organic and seasonal products are prepared in French and Italian terroirs.

The craft beers we serve are from BapBap, an independent microbrewery born out of the desire to reintroduce France to the taste of good beer. Their mission is to make craft beer accessible, understandable, and exciting for everyone.

Finally, our breakfast and à la carte breads come from our neighborhood bakery, Fournil du Faubourg. We receive specialties such as country bread, cereal bread, Parisian brioche, and traditional baguette. A true feast for the taste buds, directly from our local community.
