Benoît Gouez est chef de cave (master winemaker) à Moët & Chandon depuis 2005. Originaire de Bretagne et élevé en Normandie, il a suivi une formation scientifique en agronomie et oenologie à Montpellier avant de travailler en Californie, Nouvelle-Zélande et sud de la France. Il est reconnu pour son approche combinant expertise technique, sensibilité sensorielle et création, tout en préservant le caractère de la maison Moët & Chandon qu'il représente auprès des grandes figures culinaires.
