Enrico Crippa, né en 1971 à Carate Brianza, est chef-propriétaire du restaurant trois-étoiles Michelin Piazza Duomo à Alba (Piémont). Ancien apprenti de Gualtiero Marchesi et étudiant de Michel Bras, il a construit sa renommée sur une cuisine innovante fondée sur les légumes frais et les techniques japonaises apprises lors de trois années au Japon (1996-1999). Président du jury du Bocuse d'Or en 2013, il a guidé son restaurant vers une reconnaissance mondiale incluant l'étoile verte Michelin en 2022.
