Terms of Use — Group Benefits Program

These terms govern the use of the Group Benefits program offered by partner restaurants through the ALaCarte.direct platform. By registering for the program, you accept these terms in full.

1. Purpose of the program

The Group Benefits program allows members of partner organizations (companies, associations, clubs, schools) to enjoy preferential rates at participating restaurants. Benefits are defined individually by each restaurant.

2. Registration conditions

Registration is open to individuals with a valid invitation code issued by their organization manager. Registration requires a verifiable professional email and a phone number. Each email can only be used once per program.

3. Verification and activation

A verification email is sent to the provided address. The verification link expires after 48 hours. Preferential rates are only active after email verification. The restaurant reserves the right to suspend or revoke a benefit at any time.

4. Use of benefits

Benefits are personal and non-transferable. To use them, the member identifies themselves with their phone number during their visit to the restaurant. Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated by the restaurant. The restaurant may modify the offered benefits at any time.

5. Personal data and GDPR

Data collected (email, phone, name) is used exclusively for program management. The professional email is only used for verification and not for commercial purposes. Data is retained in accordance with ALaCarte.direct privacy policy (maximum 24 months after last activity). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting the restaurant or ALaCarte.direct.

6. Duration and termination

The program is valid for the duration defined by the restaurant. Registration can be terminated at any time by the member (upon request to the restaurant), by the restaurant (program deactivation), or by the organization (member removal). Upon termination, benefits cease immediately.

7. Liability

ALaCarte.direct provides the technical platform. Each restaurant is solely responsible for defining and applying benefits. ALaCarte.direct cannot be held responsible for benefits not honored by a restaurant.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be modified at any time. Members will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
