SPECIFIC TERMS — Group Benefits Programme
Last updated: [PUBLICATION DATE] Version: 1.0
These specific terms supplement the General Terms of the ALaCarte.Direct Service. In the event of a contradiction, these terms prevail.
Article 1 — Service Description
The Group Benefits programme allows the Customer (restaurateur) to offer preferential rates to Members of partner organisations (companies, associations, clubs, schools). The Customer freely defines the benefits offered to each organisation.
Article 2 — ALCD's Role
ALCD provides the technical tool for managing the programme (invitations, email verification, identification of Members by telephone number). The Customer freely defines the commercial rules: eligible organisations, benefits offered, conditions of use, duration. ALCD assumes no liability for commitments made by the Customer towards Members.
Article 3 — Customer's Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- defining and applying the benefits they offer
- informing Members of the conditions of each benefit (amount, restrictions, combination with other promotions, duration)
- complying with applicable regulations (advertising, promotions, price discrimination)
- honouring the benefits announced
The Customer may modify or suspend the benefits at any time, subject to informing the Members concerned.
Article 4 — Member Enrolment Conditions
Member enrolment is subject to the following rules:
- a valid invitation code issued by the person in charge of the organisation
- a verifiable professional email address
- a mobile telephone number used for identification at the restaurant
- each email address may be used only once per programme
Article 5 — Members' Data
The data collected (email, telephone number, name) is processed in accordance with ALCD's Privacy Policy. The professional email address is used solely for initial verification and is not reused for commercial purposes. Data is retained for the period defined in the Privacy Policy (by default 24 months after the last activity).
The Customer undertakes to inform Members of this processing in accordance with the GDPR. Members may exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure by contacting the Customer or ALCD.
Article 6 — Termination
A Member's enrolment in the programme may cease at the initiative of:
- the Member themselves (request to the Customer or to ALCD)
- the Customer (deactivation of a benefit or removal of a Member)
- the partner organisation (removal of a Member from its directory)
In the event of termination, the benefits cease immediately. Data retained remains subject to the duration provided for in Article 5.
Article 7 — Amendment of the Terms
These terms may evolve. The Customer is informed of any substantial modification and has a period of time to accept the new version. Continued use of the programme shall constitute acceptance.
