Article 2 — ALCD's Role
ALCD provides the payment interface. Payments are processed by Stripe Connect in the name and on behalf of the Customer. ALCD acts as a collection agent within the meaning of Article 6 of the General Terms.
Article 3 — Payout and Commission
Amounts collected on at-table payments are paid out to the Customer according to the terms and frequency defined in their Stripe Connect account, after deduction of:
- the ALCD commission: 6 % on the standard plan, 2 % for Premium subscribers
- Stripe transaction fees
These rates are those in force on the publication date of this document; any change is notified in advance in accordance with Article 11 of the General Terms.
Article 4 — Digital Tipping
The Service may offer the End Customer the option of adding a tip when paying. Tips collected are paid in full to the Customer. ALCD takes no commission on tips.

Article 5 — Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a payment dispute (chargeback) by an End Customer, the Customer is informed by ALCD or Stripe. The Customer undertakes to cooperate with ALCD and Stripe to provide the necessary supporting documents (receipt, proof of service).
Confirmed chargebacks are debited from the Customer's Stripe account. ALCD cannot be held liable for chargebacks.
Article 6 — Split Payment
Where the Service allows End Customers to split the bill, ALCD undertakes to pay out to the Customer the total amount of the bill once all partial payments have been made. The Customer is informed of the progress of partial payments through the Service.
