GENERAL TERMS OF USE (GTU)

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms of Use supplement the General Terms of the ALaCarte.Direct Service and define the technical conditions for using the Service.
Article 2 — Technical Requirements
The Service is accessible from any device connected to the Internet, equipped with a modern up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). ALCD does not guarantee the proper functioning of the Service on obsolete browsers.
Article 3 — Support and Assistance
ALCD provides the Customer with technical assistance by email ([email protected]) and through the ticket system integrated into the Service.
ALCD undertakes to handle support requests within reasonable timeframes in line with industry practice. Support does not cover the content of information entered by the Customer.
Article 4 — Backups
ALCD performs daily backups of the Customer's data. Backups are retained for seven (7) rolling days.
If needed, the Customer may request the restoration of an available backup. Any restoration will cause the loss of data entered after that backup. ALCD reserves the right to charge for manual restorations.
The Customer is encouraged to use the Service's export features to create their own backups.
Article 5 — Reporting Anomalies
The Customer undertakes to report without delay any anomaly observed in the operation of the Service or in their data, so that ALCD can intervene quickly and, where applicable, preserve the relevant backups.
Article 6 — Updates
ALCD carries out regular updates of the Service. These updates are deployed automatically. In the event of an anomaly following an update, the Customer shall inform ALCD as soon as possible.
Article 7 — Data Retrieval
In the event of proper termination and full payment of amounts due, the Customer may request the export of their data in a standard format (CSV, JSON). This request must be made within thirty (30) days of termination.
The right to portability of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is exercised free of charge under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 — Anti-Spam
The Customer must not use the communication features of the Service (emails, notifications) for spam or unsolicited commercial prospecting.
ALCD reserves the right to suspend messaging services in the event of suspected spam, in order to protect the reputation of its servers for all its customers.
Article 9 — Customer's Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for their use of the Service, the content they publish and the data they collect through the Service. They undertake to respect the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, image rights) and the regulations applicable to their business.
