SPECIFIC TERMS — Loyalty Programme

These specific terms supplement the General Terms of the ALaCarte.Direct Service. In the event of a contradiction, these terms prevail.
Article 1 — Service Description
The Loyalty service allows the Customer to create and manage a digital loyalty programme for their End Customers, with accumulation of points or stamps and allocation of rewards.
Article 2 — ALCD's Role
ALCD provides the technical tool for managing the programme. The Customer freely defines the rules of their programme (accumulation conditions, thresholds, rewards, point expiry). ALCD assumes no liability for commitments made by the Customer towards their End Customers under their programme.
Article 3 — Customer's Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- defining and applying the rules of their programme
- informing their End Customers about the conditions of the programme (acquisition conditions, validity, expiry, restrictions)
- complying with regulations applicable to loyalty programmes
- honouring the rewards promised
Article 4 — Point Expiry
The Customer may define a validity period for accumulated points. ALCD recommends that the Customer inform End Customers of this period at the time of enrolment in the programme and before each expiry.
Article 5 — End Customer Data
Data collected as part of the loyalty programme (identity, purchase history, points) is processed in accordance with ALCD's Privacy Policy. The Customer undertakes to inform their End Customers of this processing in accordance with the GDPR.
